About
KASM Construction is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Fernley/Fallon and surrounding area for 20 years, specializing in new home construction and remodel.
KASM Construction maintains an A+ BBB rating.
Mike Revak is a licensed and bonded residential and small commercial contractor who, along with his family, works closely with clients to help create warm and open homes that fit the needs of the individual and family. We look forward to hearing from you and are excited to get started on your next project.

Kelley Harding
Kelley is one of Mike and Suzanne’s five daughters who took an interest in the construction field. She honed her skills in the trades as a tile assistant and finish carpenter in her late teens, and now handles all of KASM’s office administration as well as helping clients with the design process for their projects.
Adam Revak
Adam is Mike and Suzanne’s only son and has been in the family business since he was little, playing with his trucks on site while Mom and Dad built their forever home in Fernley together. Since then, he has grown into a competent and hardworking Lead Carpenter. Adam works on everything from framing to finish on our houses and remodels.
Suzanne & Mike Revak
Mike is the Owner and General Contractor of KASM Construction. Mike has been in the construction industry for over 40 years, starting in Oregon and finally settling in Northern Nevada. With his wife Suzanne, they founded KASM Construction in 2002 and started providing home building and remodeling services to their community of Fernley Nevada, and the surrounding areas. Mike is respectful, good-humored, and maintains honesty and integrity throughout their projects. Since the loss of his childhood sweetheart, wife, and business partner, Mike has been working closely with his kids Kelley and Adam in the continuation of the family business.
